February Campout

For our February campout, we'll be going to Colorado Bend State Park where we will be doing some caving. This will also be a Philmont practice campout.

"Come and get an introduction to real wild caving with The Adventure Tour, our beginner's version of an authentic Central Texas Caving experience. This trip is our intermediate difficulty tour and it takes you a little deeper underground than our Discovery Tour but it is a relaxed and easy expedition for anyone who is ready to crawl and get dirty!" The Discovery Tour is also available for anyone who prefers a less-intense experience."

Please note there are costs associated with the cave tours.  The cost for the Adventure Tour is $25/person. The cost of the shorter Discovery Tour is $12/person. Descriptions of both tours are found HERE. The $15 food to the patrol's QM is due the Monday before the camping trip.

Meal planning will be conducted at the February 18 Monday night Troop meeting.
