COST:      Scouts: $750 (plus any merit badge class fees or high adventure fees) 
                  Adults:  $530 




SCOUT Payment Schedule


WHEN REGISTERING:  
Nonrefundable deposit of $100 due with Permission Form 
**Please note that the high adventure program is an additional $30 per payment (indicated below)

DECEMBER 1:  $200 (regular) / $230 (high adventure)

FEBRUARY 1:  $200 (regular) / $230 (high adventure)

MARCH 1: $200 (regular) / $230 (high adventure)

MAY 6: $50 (regular) / $80 (high adventure) 
(along with any merit badge class fees)

Total for the regular Scout program is $750 plus merit badge class fees



ADULT Payment Schedule 
Total:  $530 (Sunday - Saturday)

APRIL 22: Merit Badge selections due

MAY 1: MEDICAL FORMS DUE  Medical Forms Part A, B, C 

MAY 6: $50 (final payment) due along with any merit badge class fees. Schedules and Merit Badge fees announced.

_________: Code of Conduct Forms are due -- SIGNED

_________: Last day to register for Parent Night. $15 - arrive between 2-4 and leave by 11pm. See Amber Hall or Kyle Boyd.


_______TBA:  Turn in totes, bank envelopes, mail and medicine.

_______TBA:  Arrive at Scout House with sack lunch and any meds needed for lunch.

_______TBA:  Parent Night - must be preregistered

Every year prior to Summer Camp a parent meeting will be hosted by one of your Summer Camp Scoutmasters. We will go over all the essentials of what to expect and how to help you scout pack for summer camp. The SPL team will lead a packing demo for all youth that evening as well. You do not want to miss this meeting !!
