- Don’t forget that there is a Summer Camp Driver’s meeting Monday Night after opening announcements. All adults that are attending Summer Camp and any Drivers to/from Summer Camp need to attend.
- Please bring a copy of your YPT certificate with you (or email it to monica.attel@verizon.net).
- Kelley Oshel/Monica Attel will be on hand at Monday’s meeting to collect any missing Medical information.
- Please don’t forget to turn in your Scout’s Code of Conduct as well.
- Summer Camp Scout Trunk/Med/Mail/Money drop off will be on Saturday June 8th at 4pm at the Hallelujah Center (normal Campout drop off spot). All Scouts/Adults attending summer camp must be there to drop off/load the troop trailer/flat beds. Adults - please bring your tents/cots/trunks to be loaded as well. Everything will be loaded on Saturday so that we can depart quickly after gathering on Sunday Morning. This DOES include medication, mail and money. These items will NOT be accepted on Sunday morning so PLEASE DO NOT forget them on Saturday.
- Sunday morning please arrive at the Keller High School Tennis Court Parking Lot NO LATER THAN 5:30am. Send a Sack lunch and snacks for your scout for travel on Sunday. Stops will NOT be made on route for food purchases. Scouts should carry day packs and water bottles with them. Note: Medication required mid-day or with lunch must be identified and separated to ensure that the medication will be available.
